In order to continue to serve our growing patient base, we need to add another dedicated pediatric dentist to our team. Located in the growing town of Midland, TX, our practice has been blessed with excellent patients and parents. Due to the growth of our practice, we are seeking a full-time associate.

We are looking for a General Dentist to join our group of other General Dentists and Board Certified specialists in Pediatric Dentistry, Orthodontics and Oral Surgery. Our staff members in all positions are highly trained, friendly, enthusiastic, and dedicated to providing high quality dental care in the communities we serve!

Requirements
• DMD of DDS
• At the time of employment, an active Texas Dental License

Responsibilities
• Consult with patients to identify problem, outline treatment options, and develop treatment plans
• Manage all aspects of clinical cases from consultation through the completion of treatment; perform all phases of treatment including anesthetic techniques, instrumentation, root canal therapy, and restoration
• Schedule and attend interdisciplinary case presentations and attend continuing education seminars to maintain and expand competence
• Supervise technicians and employees
• Maintain and updated dental records
• Establish and monitor procedures for infection control, sterilization, and waste management
• Meet and exceed patient service goals
