Our growing private practice in Hobbs, New Mexico is seeking an Associate Dentist to join our fast-paced, patient-centered team. The office currently supports 2 doctors and 4 hygienists daily, and has a strong patient base with significant demand for comprehensive dental care. Your schedule will be established and ready upon arrival, allowing you to focus on providing excellent dentistry rather than building a patient base.

$1000/day guaranteed for the first 6 months OR 30% of collections (whichever is higher)

Associates commonly exceed the daily guarantee due to strong patient demand
30% of collections after the initial guarantee period
Good working associate can easily make 300,000+ in the first year and continue increasing each year.
