Associate Dentist – Lubbock, TX

We are searching for a dentist who values patient relationships, provides thorough/thoughtful treatment planning, and quality clinical care. Our privately owned practice offers the opportunity to grow professionally while becoming part of a team committed to doing what’s best for our patients.

We would love to meet an experienced dentist seeking a change and recent graduates looking for mentorship. Experience preferred, but not required.

Initial schedule:
Monday – Full day
Wednesday – Full day
Friday – Half day initially, with plans to expand as demand grows

We offer an established patient base, experienced support team, six equipped treatment operatories, two hygiene ops, and digital dentistry technology provide a strong foundation for a rewarding associate experience.
