Seeking dentist as care provider primarily for our new Delta clinic in Colorado’s Gunnison River valley. 4 day week, 10 hours a day, with 8 hours designated for patient care.. Additional time is for supervisory duties, staff interaction, patient records, etc. Integrated care is provided by dental, medical, and behavioral health staff at our three locations. Compensation 145,00 to 156,000 DOE, plus sign on bonus. Benefits include PTO, continuing education, 401-K, medical insurance, etc. As a Federally Qualified Health Center, most providers can qualify for student loan forgiveness. This is a prime outdoor recreation area with a vibrant fine arts community. Fluency in Spanish is a plus for the position but not essential. Candidate must have or be able to obtain a Colorado dental license plus DEA registration. Positions are available immediately, but we are willing to wait for the right candidate.
